TOKENOMICS
As part of the transparency of the project we aim to show detailed information of all aspects of the tokenomics so individual investors, partners and the community is aware of our organization’s vision.
VISION
The vision of ZELF is to introduce an SPL-Token within the Solana ecosystem as a foundational step, with a strategic goal of transitioning to our own main chain network in the future. This token will play a pivotal role in enabling decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) self-governance and establishing a robust incentive structure, critical to achieving universal adoption of self-custody wallets.
The project’s goals regarding the ZELF token are as follows:

Most community tokens will be given in a series of airdrops to individuals who purchase a domain name in Zelf Name Service,

The tokens will be used for protocol governance and product discounts.

The token will form the foundation of the first Network State.
TOKEN UTILITY
The token will serve the community and the protocol with a few utility features, including a discount Incentive, a Community incenty, and a Governance incentive.
DISCOUNTS
If a domain is valued at $100 dollars, token holders will get a 20% discount by purchasing it with the ZNS token. This will encourage an increase in money velocity in the network. In addition, Zelf intends to host an annual conference in which all token holders will receive ticket discounts.
COMMUNITY
A series of airdrops are planned for all ZNS domain early adopters, scheduled to coincide with the 1st and 2nd anniversaries of the ZNS launch. Other tokens will be allocated to subsidize the domain purchase in developing countries, with the vision of increasing crypto adoption.
GOVERNANCE
ZNS tokens would need to be stacked to obtain governance votes and participate in Zelf’s DAO governance. Participants will be able to vote on different ideas or projects suchs as i) adding or removing features for ZNS, ii) development of new products under the Zelf® Brand, iii) R&D budget for new technology and main-net token launch, v) budget on market expansion, partnerships, and exchanges listings, etc.
